What are your payment terms?

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Bank Transfer or cash. Please note that cleared funds are required prior to dispatch. All goods remain the property of Seastar Superbikes until paid for in full. If you have any payment queries please contact us on 01508 471919.
Online
Online payments are handled by SagePay. We do not process or collect any customer payment data. Methods for online payments: Visa, Mastercard or Paypal are accepted.
How much are delivery costs?
Delivery is free regardless of weight or size on UK mainland (Except Scottish Highlands) online orders over the value of £100.00 (not including motorcycles!). Orders under £100.00 will be subject to a delivery fee of £9.99.
Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Isles, orders will be subject to a delivery fee of £14.99.
If you live outside of the UK please contact us to arrange shipping. Please note that generally we do not ship outside of the UK.
How long will delivery take?
Dependant on stock levels; the majority of orders are dispatched within 24 hours of order. In the event that the goods need to be ordered from our suppliers this may take up to 7-21 days. Any further delay due to back order situations which are rare could take up to 28 days however we will be in touch to discuss this with you at the time. Most orders are shipped by a national courier network and are insured against loss or damage until signed for by you. It is important to inspect the items for damage before you sign for delivery.

How does this work?
Simply order your goods online, paying using our SagePay checkout procedure and select click and collect as the delivery method.
We will contact you when your goods are ready to collect from store. Please wait for this confirmation before trying to collect.

Upon collection we will need a proof of ID for us to be able to release the goods. Preferably a Passport or Photo ID Licence. (If neither of these are available we will accept a Utility Bill).
Please note, the First and Last names must match those that were used in the online order process.
Do I need proof of ID at time of collection?
Yes, unfortunately due to credit card fraud, we are obliged to ask you for proof of ID on collection. Without this we are unable to release the goods.

If a spouse or family member is collecting on your behalf, last name and address will need to match those on the online order application.
How do I return an item?
In the event that you need to return an item please give us a call on 01508 471919 in order to obtain a returns number prior to sending goods back. Costs for the return of correctly supplied goods will be your (the customer’s) responsibility.

What if my goods are not available?
In the event of non-availability of goods, we will contact you to arrange alternatives or a refund where applicable.
