Dare To Astonish!
An exceptional collaboration
The starting point for the Diavel for Bentley project is the high-performance and comfortable mechanical base of the Diavel V4. But the style is completely redefined and draws inspiration from the Batur, the exclusive Bentley coupé that anticipates the style of the cars set to exit the Crewe factory in years to come.
The Diavel for Bentley stands out for its meticulous attention to style, which draws from the Bentley Batur, even in the small details. When it comes to design, one of the British manufacturer’s style criteria is the principle of the “resting beast”, key to the development of both vehicles’ clean lines.
The exclusive status of this limited edition extends to the equipment that is supplied together with each Diavel for Bentley.
In addition to the 500 units of the Diavel for Bentley, 50 units of the Diavel for Bentley Mulliner was produced, reserved for Bentley customers. With this ultra-limited-edition, customers can further personalise their bike together with Ducati designers. For example, body colour matched to that of a car or selected from an exclusive Bentley palette. The name Mulliner refers to the division of the Crewe-based company dedicated to special series and bespoke cars.
Unifying values - The collaboration between Ducati and Bentley represents a new milestone in the world of two-wheeled luxury. It is based on a series of strong values that the two manufacturers share, values such as a high level of performance, craftsmanship, innovation, exclusivity, and an important history.
The engine is the king
Built around the V4 Granturismo engine
The new Diavel V4 is built around the V4 Granturismo engine, a beacon of power, beauty and sophistication. Its 168hp translates to unbelievable acceleration and pick-up, while the flat and consistent torque curve in low rpm allows steady and easy to handle delivery. The Ride by Wire (RbW) control matched with three Riding Modes and three Power Modes allows you to personalise engine responsiveness. A true beauty, as far as mechanics and design go, and a real game changer on the road.
A Numbered Limited Series
X/500 or X/50
Inspired by the exclusive Bentley Batur and developed around the technical base of the Diavel V4, it was produced as a limited and numbered edition of just 500+50 units, already completely assigned.
In addition to the 500 units of Diavel for Bentley, 50 units were built to order and reserved to Bentley clients. Together with the Ducati designers, these clients was able to customise even more their bike.
Full LED
Unmistakably Diavel
At the front, the LED daytime running light is shaped like a double C, while the dynamic direction indicators are integrated into the handlebar, in front of the brake and clutch controls, making the front view cleaner.
The rear light cluster consists of a matrix of punctiform LEDs positioned under the tail, also with an unmistakably Diavel optical signature.
Indicators are subtly designed and placed but all LED to inform others clearly of the riders next intentions.
The Symphony of the V4 Granturismo engine
Bespoke on the Diavel for Bentley
The exhaust returns to prominence in the side view and ends with a four-outlet muffler that immediately tells of the 4-cylinder architecture of the V4 Granturismo engine.
An Akrapovic “Race” exhaust is also available (obviously not for highway use) that resembles those of a Spitfire. Take a look at our accessory catalogue for the Diavel V4 to see further details.
