Waving the flag
A true celebration
Limited and numbered special version (1000 Only), based on the Panigale V4 S, created to celebrate the arrival of the latest generation of the Ducati sport-bike. As tradition, it proudly shows the colours of the Italian flag. This time the livery is combined with very special technical equipment.
Designing the new PanigaleV4 S, a goal was set of creating a motorcycle that was even faster on the track than predecessors and competitors, even easier to ride, and able to boost the riding skills of all types of riders, without compromising the beauty, elegance and charm that have always distinguished any sportbike creations of Borgo Panigale.
The improvements from the riding controls side allow for a boost to riding skills. The revolutionary Ducati Vehicle Observer (DVO) algorithm allows DTC, DWC and DPL to intervene in a predictive way providing greater confidence to both amateur and pro-riders. The Race eCBS automatically emulates the riding manoeuvre that a professional rider performs using the rear brake pedal to close the line. All the information is displayed on the brand-new 6.9″ dashboard screen with a resolution of 1,280×480, and an aspect ratio of 8:3 that offers a unique in the segment visual experience.
With the extra development work carried out on the Panigale V4 Tricolore including the superlight carbon wheels and the new ventilated brake system, the agility and performance are considerably enhanced.
In order to achieve the concept objectives of the Panigale V4 S 2025, Ducati called together all of their technicians in Ducati Corse and Ducati to co-operate with each other, to enclose in a single product everything that has been learned by winning the Moto GP and Superbike Championships for two years in a row. Moreover, the designers worked in close collaboration with the aerodynamic technicians of Ducati Corse, and with the R&D vehicle engineers, to create clean and powerful shapes, which were a celebration of the iconic Ducati 916, also performing under the aerodynamic and ergonomic aspects according to Desmosedici GP experience.
The Panigale V4 Tricolore takes this one step further.
A move to the double sided swingarm was not done on a whim. Considerable testing was performed, utilising both a single sided swingarm, and a very carefully designed hollow symetrical double sided swingarm.
The results were conclusive. Regardless whether ridden by a professional or a novice, each and every rider was faster on the bike that utilised the new double sided swingarm.
Time for function over fashion!
Panigale V4 Tricolore 2025 - The Italian flag concept is developed in an aggressive and asymmetric way, yet it is respectful of the aerodynamic shape of the bike. The lower fairing shows off the checkered flag that adds an even stronger racing look.
Futher changes for top performances
More power....Less weight.
Desmosedici Stradale Euro 5+
The Desmosedici Stradale engine is Euro 5+ and new noise regulation compliant. Despite the new homologation rules the engine reaches a maximum power of 216 hp. Remaining the most powerful engine among direct competitors. More over, lightweight components allows a weight saving of -1kg/-2.2lb.
The full-racing system available with high-mounted silencers placed under the tail increases the power to 228hp
Performing changes
If it's not functonal...It does not exist on a Panigale!!
The new Panigale V4 S features a major chassis evolution derived from the experience of Ducati Corse, to get lower laptimes, obtained with less effort and replicable with greater consistency. Thanks to the new Hollow Symmetrical Swingarm and the Front-Frame chassis with reduced lateral stiffness, the new Panigale V4 is faster in the most delicate track riding phases. The chassis evolution includes also: the third generation of the Ducati Electronic Suspension (DES), the top of the range Brembo Hypure® callipers, the redesigned rear suspension linkage and footpegs, and the brand-new lightweight forged wheels. (Available on the Panigale V4S)

Rider aids package has been redesigned to boost riding skills.
The new Panigale V4 S is equipped with an even more sophisticated electronic package able to boost the riding skills of any type of riders. DTC, DWC and DPL working in a predictive way thanks to the use of an algorithm developed by Ducati Corse, named Ducati Vehicle Observer (DVO). The new Panigale V4 is the first sportbike to perform with the Race eCBS combined braking system developed with Bosch and optimized for track performance and sport road riding. The new Panigale V4 comes also with the third generation of the Öhlins Smart EC3 suspension control system and with a brand-new command of the quickshifter.
Control is everyting
A bit of comfort does't go amiss either!
Design shaped around the ride
The new bike’s design is shaped around the rider. The ergonomics of the new Panigale V4 have been totally redesigned according to Desmosedici GP experience to enhance rider’s control during the crucial phases of track riding, like aerodynamic position, braking and hanging-off. This redesign aims to enable riders to fully exploit the Panigale V4 S’s performance potential, whether on a single lap or during extended sessions. Key improvements have been made to the rider seat, tank, contact points between the rider and the motorcycle, and the position of the footpegs.

One slick package!
Aerodynamic design
The new bike’s proportions and hallmarks have been blended with the aerodynamic DNA of the Desmosedici GP. Respecting the current Panigale V4 S, the new aerodynamic design reduces aerodynamic drag without losing vertical load. The new fairing is more protective for the rider ensuring lower rider physical effort. The aerodynamic development includes new and perfectly integrated wings, a Moto GP style fairing leading edge for increasing maneuverability and the increase of the air flow to the radiators improves cooling during intense track sessions.
What's so special?
Remember...Power is nothing without control!
The new Panigale V4 Tricolore is the first ever production bike to be equipped with Brembo 2 x Ø338.5 x 6.2mm T-Drive finned discs designed to increase braking power and performance consistency.
The new discs derived from Brembo racing discs used in the SBK Championship designed for demanding circuits for the braking systems (i.e. Misano, Portimão, Aragon WSBKr ounds).
The new Brembo T-Drive finned disc combine T-Drive technology with cooling fins to increase cooling of the disc itself.
The Riding benefits vs OEM front brake discs (2x330mmx5mm)
The cooling fins and the larger thickness (+1.2 mm vs OEM), increase performance consistency (constant front brake lever distance) over long lap sessions or in race.
The larger diameter (+8.5 mm vs OEM discs) increase braking power; it means that with the same effort on the lever, a higher deceleration comes.
The T- shape pins help to contain the overall weight of the disc, improve the transmission of braking torque and increase resistance to thermo-mechanical stress.
Racing look:
Weight +0.860 kg / +1.9 lb vs OEM, compensated by the lower weight of the carbon fibre front wheel and by the benefits in braking.
Wheels
Brand new 5 – split spokes carbon fibre wheels. Unlike previous generation carbon fibre wheels the new ones are ready for twin-seater configuration.
Technical and riding benefits vs forged wheels
Total weight – 0.950 kg
Lower moment of inertia: -12% front; –19% rear
Increased agility in direction changes
Less riding effort
High tendency to close the lines during torque application in combination with the T-Drive discs
The lower weight of the carbon fiber front wheel allows to compensate the higher weight of the T-Drive discs.
