New Norton motorcycles now benefit from a full 5 year, unlimited mileage warranty.
In addition to this cover, the bikes are also covered by roadside assist which is available 24/7 Europe wide for the full warranty period (including any warranty extension period), and a 24-month warranty on genuine parts and accessories.
The base warranty on all Norton Motorcycles is 3 years. From 2026 however a further 2 years of warranty extension will be available only to Norton Motorcycles sold in the UK free of charge.

New Norton motorcycles benefit from a full 3 year, unlimited mileage warranty. However from 2026 for bikes sold in the UK, Norton has extended this to a full 5 year warranty free of charge.
In addition to this cover, the bikes are also covered by roadside assist which is available 24/7 Europe wide for the full period of the warranty (including extension), and a 24-month warranty on genuine parts and accessories.

Get in touch todayWith the Norton warranty, your bike is entirely covered for manufacturing defects for a period of 5 years.
However, it does not include:
a) Malfunctions owing to improper maintenance, repair or lack of care for the bike (we remind you that the official Norton maintenance plan must be respected for the standard or extended warranty to be valid).
b) Components subject to wear or deterioration as a result of the normal operation of the bike (for example: tyres, filters, lights, final drive, belts, flexible controls, spark plugs, friction components including the clutch and brake pads and discs).
c) Aesthetic damage to painted or chromed surfaces, also as a result of oxidation or atmospheric agents owing to environmental conditions or exceptional circumstances, or to irregular or incorrect washing of the bike.
d) Installation of components/accessories and modifications to the bike that are not approved by Norton.
e) The bike’s battery.
f) Bikes used in any kind of sporting competition.
g) Bikes used for commercial or rental services.

Norton Assist
There is always the chance of a technical breakdown, and on those rare occasions, rest assured that Norton Assist are on hand to help get you and your bike to the nearest Norton repair centre in order to get you back on the road as soon as possible. Norton Assist is included for the full 5 year warranty period offered only in the UK.
