Due to Dave, our long term parts manager’s retirement (greedy man – that’s the second time he’s retired), we have a very rare and exciting opportunity available to join our team.
We are looking for a new member of staff to head up our spares and accessories department within our flagship Ducati and Kawasaki store.
Key Responsibilities will be:
– Assist customers with their enquiries through retail counter sales, telephone, and web enquiries.
– Advise customers on the parts they need, ensuring they get the best solutions for their requirements.
– Check stock levels and order additional stock as needed to maintain optimal inventory.
– Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
– Work with the service department to ensure parts are available at the time of service.
– Maintain the retail area dedicated to this area of the business.
The ideal candidate should display the following qualities and skills:
– Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
– Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently.
– Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems.
– Good organizational skills and ability to work within set timeframes.
It is essential that candidates have a passion for motorcycles and a good understanding of motorcycle parts and accessories.
Candidates with previous experience as a parts advisor or aftersales advisor would be the most desirable.
Experience working with dedicated Dealer Management Systems (DMS) in parts departments.
