The Kawasaki Factory Warranty Extension
We’ve got it covered.
Warranty Plus, for 2024 is included with all new Kawasaki motorcycles. Meaning they come with a 4 year warranty included.
This warranty extension covers the whole bike for an additional two years (excluding wear and tear parts, aesthetic defects, accessories or battery).
Both warranty and extension are covered Europe wide.
The warranty stays with the bike when sold or transferred thus adding to residual value.
This offer represents a saving of £295 on bikes up to 799cc, and £345 on larger capacity bikes.
Terms and ConditionsWith Warranty Plus warranty extension, your bike is entirely covered for manufacturing defects.
Warranty Plus warranty extension includes all features in line with the standard manufacturer warranty.
However, it does not include:
a) Malfunctions owing to improper maintenance, repair or lack of care for the bike (we remind you that the official Kawasaki maintenance plan must be respected for the standard or extended warranty to be valid).
b) Components subject to wear or deterioration as a result of the normal operation of the bike (for example: tyres, filters, lights, final drive, belts, flexible controls, spark plugs, friction components including the clutch and brake pads and discs).
c) Aesthetic damage to painted or chromed surfaces, also as a result of oxidation or atmospheric agents owing to environmental conditions or exceptional circumstances, or to irregular or incorrect washing of the bike.
d) Installation of components/accessories and modifications to the bike that are not approved by Kawasaki.
e) The bike’s battery.
f) Bikes used in any kind of sporting competition.
g) Bikes used for commercial or rental services.

With all of us getting a bit older, there is a hunger for the retro models that simply means that the W230 makes complete sense right now. Lighter and more manageable…. Shame they are going to be in such short supply!!
The design department got an easy day that day. Or did they……Make the design as true to the original as possible, but use all the new technology at your fingertips.
The concept is simple. Make the bike as true to it’s predeccessor as is legally possible. Bear in mind that today ABS is compulsory!!

The W230 carries on the proud tradition of the W series with styling touches that have been in-style since the original W. The W230 possesses a simple, timeless beauty that lovers of classic motorcycles will appreciate.
Special attention was given to ensuring that the W230 has a pleasant, rumbling character when twisting the throttle at low- to mid-rpm. The classic riding position, rhythmic pulse, and fine-tuned exhaust note add to rider enjoyment.
Position of the handlebar, seat and footpegs put the rider in a relaxed, upright position that facilitates control of the bike.
