2016 will see Ducati celebrate its 90th anniversary and today is stronger and growing faster than ever, driven by passion and emotion.

Since 1926 Ducati has been a unique engineering talent, generating motorcyles of unmistakable design with a sporting spirit.  Born in Italy, in Borgo Panigale, the brand Ducati originally produced an electric condenser called 'Manens', sophisticated technology for the time.

World Ducati Week will celebrate this special anniversary on 1-3 July 2016,  almost 90 years to the day (5 July 1926) to when three brothers Adriano, Bruno and Marcello Cavalieri Ducati, supported by their father Antonio founded Ducati.

Ducati grew quickly, with the Borgo Panigale factory being constructed in 1935, producing precision equipment such as calculators, radios, cameras and film cameras.  Ducati was one of Italy's most technically advanced companies in the 1930s.

With the destruction of the original factory in the WWII in 1944, Ducati came back with the Cucciolo, a small 4stroke scooter that saw a rebirth of the company. The rest as they say is history

With the recent arrival of Audi and the introduction of new models such as the 1299 Panigale, XDiavel cruiser and Multistrada 1200 Enduro, the continuous growth of the Ducati brand around the world has been amazing.
