The Multistrada has been one of the best selling Ducatis over the last few years, with 4 bikes 1 it really does offer something for everyone.

So how can Ducati improve the Multistrada 1200, well here's 10 ways we think the Multistrada just got better for 2015.

  1. In first place its got to be the groundbreaking Testastretta DVT engine, the new Multistrada 1200 is the only motorcycle in the world with variable timing on all cylinder valves.  This delivers an unprecedented combination of breathtaking torque, class-leading power, super-smoothness and low fuel consumption.

  2. Full LED lights throughout, using LED technology for the parking lights, low beams, high beams, tail light and front indicators. We need to say thank you to Audi for this.

  3. The new full colour TFT 5" display helps you see the Riding Mode selected along with speed, revs and gear, it also displays fuel range, current consumption, average consumption, average speed, air temperature and journey time. (Available on the Multistrada 1200 S).

  4. Ducati corning lights so when you enter a curve, a dedicated LED automatically lights up in the direction of the road, not the roadside!  So simple but ingenious!

  5. Ducati Multimedia System so as soon as you sit in the saddle, your smartphone automatically connects to your motorcycle via Bluetooth.  Phone calls and the media player can be handled with handlebar buttons, while the caller name or title of the track being played are displayed on the dashboard. You will also be warned of new incoming text messages. Thanks to the Multistrada Link App for Android and IOS, the DMS will also provide access to a full set of functions, using the data acquired from the motorcycle to enhance, integrate and share your Multistrada riding experience.

  6. One for luck – the seat height is now adjustable starting at 805mm  making the 2015 Ducati Multistrada 1200 so much more accessible for many more riders.

All this and four riding modes all customisable with a range of kits and luggage.  Add in cruise control, hands free key, Cornering ABS, Ducati Traction Control (DTC) and Ducati Wheelie Control (DWC) which is adjustable on 8 levels and derived from that of the 1199 Superleggera and the list goes on.

With 2015 prices starting at £12,995 for the Multistrada 1200, the 1200S in Red £15,595 & 1200S in White £15,795.
