Kawasaki Z900RS Cafe and its sister version Kawasaki Z900RS are a Kawasaki love letter to the original 1972 Kawasaki Z1 and 1976 Kawasaki Z2, not only did the original bikes broke multiple records they also are considered some of the most influential and defining motorcycles of all time. They also realised they will need to take their bike’s style and quality to another level to make a real impact within the modern retro category. With gorgeous paint schemes, closely replicating the original patterns, countless details, such as tear drop shaped tank, “duckbill” tail, bikini fairing, analogue clocks, air cooling like fins on the side of the engine and stainless steel polished exhaust to name just a few, it’s safe to say that Kawasaki has created something really special. They have fulfilled their task extremely well, designing a spectacular bike that turns heads wherever it arrives.

Beating heart of the Kawasaki Z900RS Cafe is the 948cc inline four cylinder engine, used on the Z1000, Z1000SX and the Versys 1000, but with reduced size by 100cc. Engine was designed to replicate the sound and character of the original. Kawasaki Z900RS Cafe engine produces 111bhp at 8500 rpm and 98nm of torque at 6500rpm, making for a brilliant road bike engine, with very strong low and mid range torque, with plenty of top end thrills. Furthermore to ensure easy and pleasant operation, Kawasaki Assisted Slipper clutch is equipped on the Z900RS Cafe making for a featherlight operation.
