Overview

Champions Choice

5 WorldSBK championship titles in a row cement the reputation of the ZX10R.

Complementing the original Ninja ZX-10R, the Ninja ZX-10R SE features Kawasaki’s highly advanced electronic suspension. Both on the street and on the track, the suspension’s superb damping character offers a level of ride comfort that almost makes you forget you are riding a machine with race-ready suspension, while outstanding damping responsiveness delivers a planted feel that translates to rider confidence and further advances the ease of riding offered by the Ninja ZX-10R. The Ninja ZX-10R SE also benefits from the ZX-10R engine upgrades and delivers 203 PS.

Concept

Breathtaking Racing Technology

Unstoppable Ninja

Positioned between the base ZX-10R and the homologation RR version, The new ZX10R SE gets two key new electronics upgrades to help it take the fight to its well known competitors. The first is the addition of an all-new Showa developed electronic suspension system, the first to be seen on a Kawasaki. As with the ZX10R for 2019, the Kawasaki ZX10R SE also sees an increase in power. In addition to this, the ZX10R SE also benefits from the new highly durable paint.

Design

Function followed by form.

No compromise on performance.

The latest generation Ninja ZX10R was built upon decades of experience in Superbike manufacturing. Sculpted with the extensive use of wind tunel testing and computer design. This machine is a pinnacle of the decades of Ninja development. From the instantly recognisable bodywork to a large RAM air scoop on the front of the bike the racing DNA oozes from this bike. Sharp lines are accentuated through stunning dark livery, which further highlights the bikes racing pedigree. SE model also features excellent and beautiful Marchesini Forged wheels.

Engine

Beating Heart of the Ninja

Powerful track weapon, sophisticated, comfortable and easy to ride on the road.

At the centre of the ZX10R design was its 999cc inline four engine. All-new in 2011, the Ninja ZX-10R’s engine balanced stunning power with manageability, and facilitated getting back on the gas by moving peak torque higher up in the rpm range. The new engine maintains this essential character, but offers a stronger low-mid range for increased acceleration coming out of corners. It is also a cleaner powerplant meeting the stringent Euro 4 emissions regulations.
