The Kawasaki ZR1000A1H 2003 (Green, Orange or Black) & ZR1000A2H 2004 (Red, Orange or Black).

This motorcycle has carved a new class of its own. Based directly off the back of the well proven ZX9R, the frame geometry is that of a sports bike, with the ZX9 engine bored out to 1000cc it is given even more mid range.

The riding position however is quite upright with Motocross style handlebars that give the Kawasaki Z1000 the agility to take you off the "A" roads, past the "B" roads and onto the country twisties.

The best description we can give it is that it is "An overgrown supermotard". That has the comfort and grunt to cover distances without fatigue.

Although practically a naked bike, the cockpit fairing with small screen deflects the wind over both rider and pillion admirably at legal speed limits (and between the two of us at greater speeds too!).
