The Kawasaki VN1600 Mean Streak has changed in colour from red to a very mean looking Black. This follows a host of upgrades to engine and chassis which further boosted this "long, low and sporty" cruiser's already impressive performance.

For hard hitting acceleration and gutsy throttle response across the rev range, the Kawasaki VN1600 Mean Streak is fuel injected featuring big-bore 40mm throttle bodies. Compared to other cruisers in the VN line-up, the Mean Streak's engine tuning favours high-rpm operation for increased power output and superb off-the-line acceleration.

Enhancing the Kawasaki VN1600 Mean Streak's aggressive image is a stretched out chassis design, with the combination of a low seat height, a sturdy chassis and supple suspension system, the VN1600 Mean Streak has the handling performance of a sports cruiser with the look of a power cruiser. An awesome bike all round which is a great deal of fun to ride. Its design is mimimalistic which seems to add to its character.

As with so many of Kawasaki's custom and retro models, today they are built around modern technology. The Kawasaki VN1600 Mean Streak is no exception. Its handling thanks to the inverted 43mm forks, power delivery, a combination of a class beating powerplant and highly efficient fuel injection and stopping power that puts some sports bikes to shame all scream of modern day efficiency utilised to its best.

This is in our opinion a true wolf in wolf's clothing - It really oozes Mean Streak !!
