The Ducati ST3 - One purpose - To travel the distance..........

***

ST... Sport Touring, the Ducati ST3 is a machine that follows the Gran Tourismo tradition. A powerful engine with sports bike handling and all-day comfort.

With the 50% reductions in maintenance routine/costs for 2007 Ducati ST3's this machine has just sprinted to the front line of Sports Touring contenders. An optional luggage system dedicated to this model is available ensuring that you can travel in comfort with more than just your toothbrush.

Touring benefits of the Ducati ST3 are:-

A spacious cockpit fronted by a fairing that is designed first and foremost to channel air and whatever else our ever changing climate wants to throw at us around both rider and pillion. The very purposeful headlamp offering superior illumination of the dark roads ahead.

The ST3 also comes standard with height adjustable (by 20mm) handlebars with adjustable clutch and brake levers that allows maintainance of comfort for all.

The Desmo3 powerplant supplies quiet, smooth, plentiful amounts of torque and power to satisfy touring demands whilst having sufficient left over to fulfill its sports role around the mountain twisties. The dual spark technology used within this engine simply adds to its overall response and fuel efficiency.

Excellent ground clearance ensures that in sports mode the Ducati ST3 leaves behind its competition dragging their bellies around the hairpins. This ground clearance is thanks to a unique exhaust adjustment system that is available once the optional panniers have been removed.

Supplied with a factory fitted immobiliser system and Viro wheel lock for added security.
